Lets Get Cracking
Cook the potatoes,
beans, carrots, cauliflower, and cabbage until very soft and mushy. The
vegetables can all be cooked together either in a pot or a pressure
cooker. Once cooked, mash the vegetables well until nice and mushy.
Cook the peas and keep it aside as whole peas for garnishing towards the end.
Heat oil in a frying pan; add onions, garlic and sauté until tender.
Add capsicum and sauté until tender; add tomatoes and sauté until soft.
Add pav bhaji masala, chaat masala and garam masala and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the mashed
vegetables, salt, butter and lemon juice and sauté well for 5 minutes.
Be cautious will adding salt as all the masala’s contain some amount of
salt.
